The ACLU says the City violated the First and Fourth Amendment rights of Jon Daniel, the creator of the @peoriamayor Twitter account. Peoria police raided Daniel’s home in April, seized electronic devices and detained the roommates at the residence to find the author of the Twitter account. The authority recently completed an application for the Local Debt Recovery Program offered by the state. It will allow the PHA to recover the debts of former tenants through state tax returns. Brenda Coates is the Chief Executive Officer of the authority.</p><p><span style="line-height: 1.5;">"Any funds that we can recoup with reductions in funding, but also if tenants owe us money, there will be a data base.
