The effort is in celebration of the re-naming of the facility as Dozer Park. The festivities begin at 4:30 this evening with free family activities outside the ballpark, a ribbon cutting at 5:45 and the gates opening at six. The first pitch is thrown out at 7.&nbsp;</div><div>The first 2000 patrons to Dozer Park will get mini bulldozers.
