The 300 blocks of South Fourth and South Capitol Streets will return to two-way traffic starting at noon on Thursday. Officials say it may take drivers some time to get used to the change. The Street Department will remove some of the one-way signs starting Wednesday. Pekin<span style="line-height: 1.5;"> Police will continue to heavily patrol all damaged areas. Residents are encouraged to call the following numbers if they need assistance, or are wanting to volunteer.
