The city's <a href="http://tmappsevents.esri.com/website/swipe-midwest-tornadoes/" target="_blank">GIS data from before and after the storm,</a> was referenced and compiled using ESRI software to reveal the path of destruction that Sunday's EF-4 in Washington took.
