East Peoria Caterpillar campus reopens

  Employees of Caterpillar’s East Peoria Campus return to work starting with the third shift Sunday. The facility has been close since last Sunday when the Illinois River was rising toward the an all time record flood level.The company is planning to notify employees who need to return to work before the third shift Sunday.
