The discussion took place in council chambers, room 400 of Peoria City Hall, and broadcast on Peoria Public Radio, and streamed online. Participants include Mayor Jim Ardis, Police Chief Steve Settingsgaard, Peoria County State’s Attorney Jerry Brady and U.S. Attorney Jim Lewis. Media panelists are Marshanna Hester of WHOI/WEEK, Nick Vlahos from the Peoria Journal Star and moderator Tanya Koonce of Peoria Public Radio.
