Tazewell County is getting more than a million dollars in road improvements through the Illinois Jobs Now! Program. The Ridge Road bridge over Farm Creek is being replaced along a new alignment. Regulator and warning signs are also being replaced in Creve Coeur. The maintenance and replacement projects are are part of the state’s $31 billion capital bill. The Illinois Job’s Now program is expected to provide the state with nearly half a million jobs over the six year life of the deal.
