Jazz From the Hilltop is a Peoria Public Radio program featuring the talented jazz sounds created by The Ed Kaizer Trio. Every Saturday night at 8, you're invited to join Ed and Janet Kaizer and their guest performers for an hour of great jazz tunes from yesterday and today...and little surprise now and then! About the Hosts
Ed Kaizer
Dr. Edward Kaizer is a professor of music at Bradley University and Director of Keyboard Studies. Besides hearing him on Jazz From the Hilltop, you may be able to catch him performing live locally, nationally, or internationally. He and his wife Janet have toured the U.S. and Europe and continue to entertain audiences with their performances year-round.

Janet Kaizer
Janet Kaizer teaches music at Bradley University and is known for her jazz piano performances in addition to classical music and sacred organ music performances. She earned the title of "World Champion Old-Time Piano Player" ...twice! Once in 1984 and again in 1985. While you can hear Janet perform keyboard bass every Saturday on Jazz From the Hilltop, you can also enjoy her perform organ music every Sunday at Peoria's First United Methodist church.
