Severe Weather Information
Tornado Watch # 187 Effect Until 3am Monday, 5/20/13
The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a Tornado Watch for Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford,Fulton, Knox, Marshall, Mason, Stark, and Schuyler counties until 3am Monday. A Tornado Watch means that conditions are favorable for a tornado to form, but one has not been spotted.
According to NWS models, the threat of severe storms is expected to continue throughout the region until Wednesday. Stay tuned to Peoria Public Radio and NOAA Weather Radio for updated information.
